Lab Grounds proudly presents: The Playgrounds Sessions! This summer, we will open our cosy garden again and every two weeks we will serve you the best live music, the tastiest food and the coldest drinks to create an amazing evening together. Each session, we invite a couple of artists who will take you on a musical journey into their wonderful world.

Lydia Stavraki

A fresh mix of Latin American music, jazz and Greek influences. In this project, Lydia Stavraki brings her heritage into dialogue with Cuban and Brazilian traditions through original compositions and reimagined arrangements. Together with pianist Anita Fiszman, she creates an open, layered sound where Latin American traditions weave into an imaginative musical language.

Ysa Bermejo

You may already be familiar with Ysa Bermejo, and if not, now’s the time! The Spanish artist has been building her profile in Rotterdam and is known for her charismatic stage presence and her blend of Latin American and Spanish musical influences. Through her music, she aims to bring people together, and this is certainly evident on her debut album Gabriela. So get ready for a summery evening where this Spanish sun will shine brightly.
