Paulo Mendonca is a Swedish musician, primarily known for his contributions to the funk rock genre. He released his first album, ‘Respect My Aim,’ in 1991, followed by ‘Different Phases’ in 1993, from which the songs ‘If You Want My Love’ and ‘Just In Case’ became popular hits. His third album, “11 PM,” was released in 1995 and achieved significant success, especially in Japan, with over 250,000 copies sold.

During his career, Paulo Mendonca co-founded a major publishing company in the UK called Phrased Differently with Hiten Bharadia, where he collaborated with artists like Craig David, Miley Cyrus, and Jessie J.

In 2013, he made a comeback with his fourth studio album, “Does Anybody Wanna Funk,” which received widespread critical acclaim. His 2017 single release, “U Got 2 Believe,” provided a first taste of his latest album, “Mind Control,” which was released in 2019. This single currently has over 5 million streams on Spotify.
