Buhos is active since 2003 releasing their first album in 2005. The big breakthrough came in 2009 with their album called Radio Buhos. THis album included the big hit Nen dels Vuitanta. Many songs on this album referenced the Catalonian footballclub FC Barcelona. The city councel even asked them to play during the championship celebrations in 2009.
