We are delighted to offer you an exclusive concert of Susana Baca (Peru), the Grand Lady of Afro-Peruvian music and three-times Latin Grammy Award winner. She offers a fine mix of traditional Afro-Peruvian music with Cuban and Brazilian elements.

Since 1987 she has released 16 albums on labels like Luaka Bop (run by David Byrne) and the prestigious Real World label. Her 2020 album “A Capella” got her the 3rd Latin Grammy for Best Folk Album. She has performed around the world on all the main stages, concert halls and festivals.

In 2011 she was named Peru’s Minister of Culture. From 2011-2013 she was President of the Commission of Culture (Organization of American States – OAS).
