Somewhere in the mountains of Córdoba, Argentina, you can find a magnificent hidden gem. Far away from the hustle and bustle from everyday modern life. But oh so colourful, mystical and danceable. At GROUNDS, you’ll have the perfect opportunity to catch a glimpse of it when La Forastería comes to enchant you during their ecstatic celebration of life.
La Forastería is a vibrant music tribe led by Tuto Petruzzi, a multi-instrumentalist producer and composer, alongside the talented singer and songwriter Toni Volpen. They are joined by Esteban Galina on sax, Daniel Burgos on bass and Alejandro Reynaga on percussion. Their live set seamlessly blends Afro and Latin American roots with modern and electronic genres, utilizing a variety of instruments like guitar, charango, synths, percussion, and live vocals. This fusion creates a distinctive sound that resonates within the indie, psychedelic, world music, and folktronic scenes.
In 2025 they released their newest album Épicas Sagradas. Infused with joy and celebration, each track invites the listener into a rich and spirited world where ancestral wisdom meets contemporary soul. Flowing through varied tempos yet always riding high vibrations, this creation takes you on a journey that inspires you to smile, to dance, to share, and to simply be happy and free.
